Transactional Taxation

So-called transactional taxation includes the tax advice and management that is necessary when an economic transaction is completed. It includes the taxation of mergers and acquisitions of companies, tax planning for the family business, taxation of the different forms of financing, as well as issues around inheritance.

Transactional taxation requires a careful combination of tax planning that allows for the choice of the least taxing legal forms and the necessary caution against aggressive tax structures.
